  • Are your pieces already made?
    NO. All pieces are made to order.
  • How long until my order ships?
    It takes around 4 to 5 business days to ship from order date.
  • How do I know when my piece has shipped and how do I track it?
    You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your order ships.
  • How long will it take to receive my order once it has shipped?
    It should be delivered between 3-5 days depending on the shipping option chosen.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes. You can cancel your order anytime up until it ships.
  • Can I return the piece for a refund?
    Yes. Ultimately I want you to be happy with your purchase. If your not 100% happy with the piece you can return it for a refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the piece is not returned in the original condition the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
  • How do I take care of a sandblasted and painted piece?
    I will provide care instructions with every order so you properly know how to take care of it. This type of pipe requires more care than your standard glass pipe.
  • Are your glass pipes any different than any other glass pipe?
    My pipes are constructed exactly like you would expect to find in any shop in America.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
